Straight after graduating from Oklahoma State University Colby landed a job in the financial services industry working for Rockgate Financial Partners, then with adaptation Financial in Oklahoma City. Colby experienced success early in his career ranking among the top 5 new recruits in the nation for his class. He has since gone on to establish Castor Financial Services located in Vici, Oklahoma servicing families and businesses in rural communities across the State.
